A teenage boy stopped by police five times in a fortnight believes he was singled out because of the colour of his skin.

Reece Louis was handcuffed and questioned by officers under the Misuse of Drugs Act. No drugs were found and Reece said the experience left him feeling angry and embarrassed. They just got out of the car. Didn’t even say who they were. At the time it made me pretty angry. It’s embarrassing because you’re in the street, there’s people around you and they’re just searching you and people are looking thinking, ‘he’s a criminal’, when really I haven’t done anything at all.
